Support of Kristina our Day to Day rep has been wonderful through the recent performance failure.
Leadtimes are starting to head in the right direction.
The Overdue continues to be heavy and difficult to manage. Significant additional time is required to manage the affects of late product. Currently running roughly 80+ lines of product on the overdue daily.
Carriers are struggling as well. An industry issue. However managing LTL shipments seem to become more complicated than we used to experience. Our team has been working with Logistics directly.
The Haworth truck track App works well, however there are circumstances where it is not available to us due to carrier assignment, those situations need to be addressed.
Quality issues are on the rise. Three areas to focus on:
Concealed Damage Transportation Damage Wrong product, correct box/label
We’ve struggled with backordered and late product delivering to wrong addresses or to site. This has happened when we are already off the site.
Request has been submitted to Haworth to evaluate the current $55/hr rate for warranty reimbursement.
