The Mall Manager leads the development and execution of leasing, operations, and marketing strategies for your mall in order to create the best shopping and work experiences for customers, you, and your employees.

The Operations Manager oversees the maintenance of the mall and risk management, along with managing and overseeing the construction processes at your store and the rest of the property.

The Administrative Assistant oversees the front office at the mall and is a resource for you as a tenant. They are your point of contact for monthly sales, requests to access your space after hours, and change of contact information, among other things.

The PMA oversees the kiosk and RMU program, along with in-mall programming including event setups/breakdowns, social media posts, and promotions for your store.
