In 2018, Brookfield Properties partnered with mattress retailer Casper to bring their “try before you buy“ concept to Oakbrook Center. This model was new for the company, whose brand lived exclusively online. Now, with over 200 brick-and-mortar locations, Casper invites consumers to take part in an in-store experience.

Our team helped create mini showrooms, located in the center of the mall, that allowed customers to test the bikes and speak with Peloton associates. What resulted was an innovative and interactive kiosk experience that successfully introduced the brand to new customers.
