Government operating revenue is about 
15 per cent of Singapore’s gross domestic product.


In recent years, about one-third of tax revenue has tended to come from corporate income tax; over one-fifth comes from personal income tax, and about another fifth comes from goods and services tax.

Other taxes include stamp duty, property tax and betting taxes.

Another important source of revenue is the

NIRC is the investment returns of Singapore’s reserves.
