Meet your hosts
Matt Ellman is Professional Learning and Development Manager at Cambridge, designing and delivering training for teachers, institutions and Ministries of Education around the world. He has worked as a teacher and trainer in the UK, Spain and Malaysia, and has delivered courses, workshops and talks in a further 30 countries. Matt’s research into teacher education won the British Council’s MA Dissertation Award at the 2018 ELTons, and he is the lead author of From Teacher to Trainer, published by Cambridge in 2022.
Matt Ellman
Olha has taught in the UK, Greece, Hong Kong and Venezuela. She is a freelance author, materials’ designer, consultant and teacher trainer. She is based in London and as well as working with Cambridge, she does consultation, teacher training and teacher trainer training for organisations such as The British Council and Ministries of Education worldwide. Her main focus is on understanding and motivating learners. She is the author of Film, TV and Music, a photocopiable activities book for teenagers, published by Cambridge.
Olha Madylus
Greg Archer has been in English Language Teaching since 2010. After moving to Cambridge in 2013, he worked for seven years at an international college, teaching Cambridge exam and EAP classes to students aiming to enter a UK or English-speaking university, managing the English Language department, and developing in-house courses for pre-university study. He is now a freelance author, teacher and teacher trainer.
