As a graduate, typically you would rotate across different teams. My first rotation was within the Property and Asset Management Team, which deals with a variety of managements contracts such as Hertfordshire County Council, Ealing County Council,
London Borough Tower
Hamlets and potential future
contracts. I am involved mainly with Hertfordshire County Council and dabble with London Borough Tower Hamlets, my role on a daily basis varies.
In management it is a broad spectrum of activities that could occur for example, management issues, repair works, lease renewals, granting new leases, landlord and tenant negotiations, easements, licences

Carter Jonas is a company that takes care of their employees; management is very approachable and understanding. They will remember that you are human and life happens! As long as the work gets completed, the company will do what they can within reason to
accommodate your needs.
I imagine soon my new favourite thing about Carter Jonas will be that there are lots of leisure facilities, pubs, bars and restaurants nearby the office for after work!
