In the labour market, the UK’s workforce showed a surprise fall in employment levels, declining by 56,000 in the three months
Investment activity across the UK remains relatively subdued. Although Q3 2019 volumes were up, quarterly volumes remain below the five year quarterly average
Overseas investors remain a large contributor of UK purchases. During the 12 months to Q3 2019, foreign money accounted for 46% of the total investment volume
Industrial property continues to outperform the other main commercial sectors, with year-on-year rental and capital value growth of 3.6% and 3.9% respectively
