On the day of your pharmacist consultation, your Stellus Rx pharmacist will call you directly. We’ll ask you questions like:

To help you better, we need to know you better. We want to understand you as a person, so we can work with you—and your doctor, as needed—to support your plan for improving your health.
Why this is crucial
Have all your current medications in front of you and come ready with any health, condition, or medication-specific questions you may have.
Have a notepad and pen handy … we’ll conclude the call with information about when and how you will receive your medications, as well as additional health guidance and related follow-up instructions with your doctor.

Share about your health during your pharmacist consultation

We encourage you to share and be open with us in this secure and safe conversation. We’re here to help! After the call, your pharmacist will send you a personalized action plan via text message for you to review and follow.
What medications are you currently taking?What health conditions are you being treated for?What health concerns or questions can we answer for you?
Your medications will be delivered right to your door, so you no longer have to worry about getting to the pharmacy and waiting in lines. If requested, we can sort and pre-package multiple medications for your added convenience and safety.
What to expect
We align medication refills to improve your convenience and your health. Studies show that when patients receive all their medications at the same time (rather than staggered refills), medication adherence and outcomes change for the better. And we connect with you afterward to make sure you have a real-life, trusted expert to turn to with any questions.

Receive your medications
Your Stellus Rx pharmacist will call you at your pre-scheduled appointment time, or reach out via text message to continue checking in on you monthly.
What to expect
Too often, patients do not feel properly supported on their health journey, and/or stop taking their medications because of side effects or other factors that disrupt their regimen. Talking with your Stellus Rx pharmacist once a month gives you a regular opportunity to share what's going well and what's not, so we can help you with changes that will allow your medications to work best for you.
