Bill Cawley is the brand and vision behind Cawley Partners, a full-service, Dallas-based real estate company historically focused on commercial office product. Over the course of his career, Bill has owned all classes of commercial real estate in multiple markets across the country. He is continually recognized as one of the most influential business leaders in Dallas-Fort Worth. In 2020, Bill was named Developer of the Year by D CEO Magazine, and most recently, he was the 2022 inductee to the NTCAR (The North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and Real Estate Professionals) Hall of Fame. Bill has acquired and developed more than 15 million square feet of commercial office product. His company, Cawley Partners, has been the premier office developer along the Dallas North Tollway, developing more than $500 million of Class A office space and totaling more than 1.5 million square feet within the last 5 years.

Brian Neitzel has served as President of Cawley Partners since 2009. During that period the Company has completed $1.2 billion in commercial projects across multiple asset classes and geographies. Brian's primary responsibility is to ensure the Company executes at the highest level for its stakeholders across all asset classes and service lines. Prior to Cawley Partners, Brian spent 12 years in a variety of finance-related roles including corporate strategy, finance, real estate, and accounting. Brian began his career at Price Waterhouse in Dallas.

As a registered architect, Mark is a veteran in the fields of design, construction, estimating and real estate development. Mark is currently Vice President of Development at Cawley Partners and his primary role is directing all aspects of real estate development, design and construction. Mark has led real estate development, design and construction teams on 10+ million square feet of many project types in various industries, including: education, hospitality, institutional, retail, warehouse, residential, medical, federal, sports, restaurant and commercial office. Mark's team was recognized for the 2016 Development of the Year in Dallas for the 14555 Office and Retail development.
