Reata Pharmaceuticals had a goal of including their R&D Development laboratories within their headquarters facility. This was achieved in the center of the building with heavy MEP equipment located on the top of the garage level. This complicated Build-to-Suit was held at budget and on schedule.

We oversaw this complete Build-to-Suit for a new North American Headquarters for Keurig-Dr. Pepper at The Star in Frisco. This $210M project also included a parking garage for over 800 vehicles, LEED Gold status, a full amenity floor including company cafe, fitness center, daycare and conference center for employees. Of note is the patio overlooking the practice field for the Dallas Cowboys.

This financial juggernaut created a game-changing event for Uptown Dallas and put the stamp on DFW becoming the financial epicenter of the United States. This project had a six-level basement that required months of rock excavation before coming out of the ground. Our firm was requested to oversee the core and shell and any modifications made for the interior improvements.
