Smart urban development gains momentum
According to Peter Hinssen, the future of smart cities is closer than we think. Technological developments often follow an S-curve: they start off slowly, then grow rapidly, and finally reach a plateau. Now that we've collected an enormous amount of data, we’re ready for the second phase: we have collected the dots, now we need to connect the dots. That causes a significant acceleration.
