To replace an image, select the png or jpeg on the canvas or in the layers panel and click the "Replace image" button, which is next to the image thumbnail in the design panel. Any applied animation to the original image will carry over to the new one.
To select the img on the canva in the "Intro" section, lock or toggle the visisbility of the "Mask Square Shape".
Pin specific objects or group of objects to a specific point in the viewport. This allows you to keep these objects, such as the nav bar, to always be visible on the canvas, regardless of where the user scrolls on the canvas.
Note: Pinned objects do not currently work on full-height embedded experiences; only standalone experience and scrolling embedded experiences.

MY ROOTS

These skills are essential, specifically to graphic design
and when working with different file types, Understanding postscript errors and having so many "work around" methods lead me to find solutions and eliminate all roadblocks resulting
in a high success rate. I have used this experience since then
and still use it every single day (even as I create this experience).

The best decision I made after college was
to work in a print shop with a 4 color (CMYK) heidelberg press. Pre-press gave me a solid foundation for problem solving and elite troubleshooting skills. I believe these set
me apart from most other graphic design professionals in my field.

My very first job at the age of 15 came full circle when I started working at Giuseppi’s Pizza & Pasta on HHI, SC as a waitress. The restaurant was the very
first of the empire now known as SERG Restaurant Group.
Today, the SERG award-winning family of restaurants includes Giuseppi’s Pizza & Pasta, One Hot Mama’s American Grill, Frankie Bones, Nectar Farm Kitchen, The Black Marlin, Hurricane Bar, Poseidon, Dockside, WiseGuys, Holy Tequila, Charbar Co. Burgers & Sushi, the SERG Takeout Kitchen and SERG Catering. Most of these restaurants have at least 2 locations and I was hired once again as their Marketing Specialist/Sr. Graphic Designer, in 2014.

• Finding the "culprit" file/link in a 100+ page
RFP, InDesign file that my Manager could not
successfully convert to a PDF without her app
crashing. This has happened several times and
usually only moments before submission
deadline. I always "saved the day."
Next thing I knew, I was at a very bougie restaurant for a "lunch" with the owner (Doug) and three of his business partners/associates. After a nice lunch and conversation, he handed me an offer letter with a smile and told me he wanted me to be his Marketing Director. A very hefty title, to say the least, and I knew I had my work cut out for me but thanks to having access to any/all resources I would need to market "MARS the Real Estate Store," and it's listings, the sky was the limit. I started creating the listing marketing process from "new listing" to "sold" with tiers of marketing packages based off of the property's projected revenue. This included everything from mass mailings, brochures, email blasts, property photography, and even video edited virtual tours with 360° cameras, to explore every room from online. I'm not sure how I had the time but I also maintained their website with their listings on mls, the dupont registry, REALTOR.com and more.
The company had many investors and after outsourcing so much of the work, I suggested we bring everything in-house to save money. We brought on-board an old work colleague of mine that was extremely tech savvy and we soon had full operating multi-media/design/marketing studio. With our new, state of the art cameras, lighting, and more, we began to create everything on demand for the agents to better market listings. I created an entire “just listed” through to “sold” process with the Director of Operations that started with a simple request form. I was also “hands on,” editing video and even sometimes using still photos to appear as if they were a virtual tour of the listing. This was altogether an amazing experience but unfortunately was cut short by the housing market crash of 2008.

So, in 2016, I reconnected with my (now) husband who grew up with me on Hilton Head Island. I have known him since he was five years old, but we never dated until we reconnected in 2015. He is the Managing Director at a consulting firm in downtown on Meeting Street and he is also the one making the “big bucks,” so naturally there was only one option… to pack everything I own on Hilton Head Island and move myself in with him in Charleston, SC (aka my “forever” home). With pluff mud, magnilias, spanish moss, and southern tides embedded deep within my soul, I love the Lowcountry and consider myself beyond blessed to live here!

In this header section, the text box and sq shape in each tile have object states. When the user hovers over the hotspot, the text box and sq shape are triggered to go from their "default" state to their "State 1". To edit what these assets look like in State 1, Select the asset, navigate to the Design panel, click the drop down next to "Default" in the States section, then select "State1". From here, you can adjust how you want the selected asset to look.
In this carousel section, the "Progress bar Sq Shape" has multiple object states. Within each carousel group (C1, C2, and C3) there is a hotspot with the following interaction: "On view, Change target state - Progress bar Sq Shape". These hot spots triggeres the Progress bar Sq shape to move to different locations on the canvas.
Add a rectangle that's the same color as the background to "mask" other elements.

SOME OF MY TASKS & KSAs...
my secret weapons
• Force opening PDFs and CAD files into
Illustrator in order to get the vector art I need
for items like site plans, logos, maps, and more.
• Being able to take an image scan of a
document and turn it into a bitmap with the
appropriate diffusion dither in Photoshop.
I usually do this to improve the image quality
(especially the type) or even sometimes in
order to create vector art by the "image trace"
feature in Illustrator thereafter.
• There are so many more of these, I could
never keep track of them all but they have
become second nature to me and are a force
to be reckoned with!

It wasn't long until we had a client at the print shop need a "rush" brochure designed due to his graphic designer being out of town. I excitedly volunteered and using their branding, I designed an 8-page brochure with a 24 hour turnaround time which included printing and bindry. The owner of "MARS the Real Estate Store" asked to meet me and said he wanted to "thank me and tell me how pleased he was the final brochure." He also slipped me his business card with a handwritten note asking me to contact him ASAP. I felt a little guilty but had been with the printing company for some time now and was ready to grow professionally, so I waited a few days and did just that.
