Qualifications Brochures
We collaborate with producer teams to create at-the-ready qualification pieces that highlight team accomplishments and differentiators—ensuring you’re prepared for any new prospect or meeting. We kicked 2023 off by partnering with the North Industrial Team in Baltimore to create this year’s Industrial & Logistics brochure, highlighting the team’s market share and value proposition.
Capital Bank
Capital Bank was a multimarket opportunity with 9+ office and retail locations across the DMV. This strategic deck highlights our national reach, labor analytics capabilities and leverages our technology platforms including Vantage, Sequentra and Portfolio Optimizer. By partnering with Labor Analytics, we were able to showcase our unmatched resources which differentiated us from the competition.

Brewers Hill
Brewers Hill, an iconic neighborhood in Baltimore marked by Natty Boh Tower in the city’s skyline, was seeking a brokerage team to represent the building and help lease the remaining office vacancy. This fully custom and interactive deck highlights CBRE’s knowledge of the market and opportunity, unmatched data insights and in-house property marketing capabilities. Through thoughtful leasing recommendations and a visual representation of what CBRE could offer in terms of marketing, the team was able to successfully position themselves as the right strategic partner to help ownership achieve their leasing and marketing goals.

Brewers Hill
Once we were awarded the Brewers Hill listing, the branding and insight developed from the Business Development team was shared with Property Marketing for a seamless handoff. From here, we were able to successfully expand the branding across several materials including a website, a brochure with fully customized maps and interactive email campaigns enhanced with a creative gif of the neighborhood’s mascot and logo, Mr. Boh.

The Belward Campus
Belward will be a capstone development for life sciences in the region, featuring over 1.5 million square feet of lab space, preserved parkland, and amenities. Our challenge was to design a brochure that marketed the campus as a destination headquarters for top biotech tenants worldwide. The brochure draws inspiration from travel magazines and utilizes a vibrant color palette, full-bleed photos, and concise messaging.

The Bladen
We were engaged to rebrand marketing materials for one of Georgetown's most recognized and sought-after retail listings, including a custom brochure, elevated branding, a unique property name, refined maps and a stand-out eblast campaign. The new marketing materials focused on bold imagery paired with sophisticated typography to help showcase this one-of-a-kind flagship listing. The objective was to revitalize and reactivate the prominent Georgetown location and assist with leasing the 4-story, 18,600 SF space.

Flight to Quality
More than just a buzzword, flight to quality is driving and defining D.C.’s office market. Tenants are flocking to quality assets with strategies to attract and retain top talent.
