Allen Center

Iconic, Class A office campus in the heart of Downtown Houston. The property marketing and leasing teams collaborated on a summer broker deliverable, with a goal of increasing tour activity and touting the numerous on-site amenities and benefits of leasing at Allen Center. The final deliverable included a luxury leather travel kit and Apple AirTag, and featured custom packaging with a topographic print and Allen Center coordinates to tie into the travel theme of the gifts. The interior included a map insert with “stops" along a path that highlighted the differentiators of Allen Center.

Southstone Yards
Dallas
Southstone Yards is the first mass timber building in North Texas. To convey the excitement and uniqueness of the project, along with housing a growing repository of project information, we leaned heavily into interactive elements that allow quicker navigation while anticipating the need for additional content as the project progresses.

Fred Ragsdale Capabilities
Dallas
Fred recently joined CBRE and wanted an attention-grabbing capabilities piece that he could send digitally to prospects and use for quick-turn meetings accompanied by a printed piece to leave behind. The Dallas Business Development Marketing team created two different deliverables to accomplish this, beginning with an interactive Ceros page to meet the digital need. We then tailored that information to create a 5 x 9, tangible note card as a leave-behind to distribute at meetings and events.

SheSpace
Houston
SheSpace, a co-working and event space where bold women gather to find their community, was looking for a brokerage team to help them with their local and national expansion plans. There was a strong relationship between the CEO and the brokerage team, Abby Alford and Lucian Bukowski, but the team was still expected to present qualifications. The marketing package and pitchbook, combined with the detailed data from Dimension and CBRE Research, solidified CBRE as the choice for their expansion.

In a recent success for our San Antonio occupier team, a deal was secured with Big Sky Medical Real Estate who purchased a 38K+ SF mixed-use asset, Alamo Quarry Center. Big Sky, with a vision to optimize their investment, was seeking a leasing agent to develop and execute a dynamic go-to-market strategy aimed at filling vacant spaces and securing lease renewals at competitive market rates. The San Antonio team led by Parker LaBarge, David Ballard, and Jack Michel demonstrated thorough knowledge of the market and closed the deal.
