Proposed 12 Week Schedule
*2021 Haworth Price list is held for 17 months through project completion 12/31/2022
Discounting offered in RFP will be held through 12/31/2025
*3% Manufacturer Rebate on workstations to be applied to Haworth ancillary and walls. Per current scope, we estimate a rebate of $250-$400k.
*Haworth Preferred Lead Time guarantee. This order status gives Okland (TSMC) orders priority at our factory providing additional assurance that your project will be delivered on-time.
*60 days free storage at Manning Groups 125k sq ft warehouse = allows us to receive product off-site as needed to support a changing construction schedule.
If needed we can pre-build during day & install at night or visa versa to reduce job site congestion and install at a more rapid pace.
