Yoto Mini
by Pentagram, for Yoto
Yoto Player is a screen-free audio player for children, which lets them safely explore hundreds of stories, songs, radio stations and podcasts via physical cards for audio playback. After the success of the original model, Yoto wanted a smaller, low-cost alternative and asked design consultancy Pentagram to design the Yoto Mini.
The finished product features large controls for accessibility at all ages; a compact, robust design which is easy to assemble and thus cheaper to produce; a USB-C socket for child-friendly charging; and a headphone socket for intimate listening. The main attraction on the Yoto Mini however is a small LED pixel display, which provides feedback and interactive content without being a distraction from the audio-focused experience. A smartphone app also allows parents to monitor the content and adjust the volume, bedtime settings and other features.
The judges said: “Love the careful digital and physical interactions. A platform direction that can and should grow.”

Sky Glass
by Map Project Office and Sky Design, for Sky Group
The Sky Glass, designed by industrial design consultancy Map Project Office for Sky, is a next generation television that delivers a home cinema experience straight out of the box. Doing away with the clutter and complexity of contemporary TV setups, this new product allows for a more streamlined approach.
Rather than sitting in the middle of a messy bundle of different technologies – multiple remotes, set-top boxes, soundbars, smart speakers and so on – the Sky Glass is an all-in-one TV which integrates hardware, software and content into a single unit. To reach a wide demographic, it is marketed as a domestic object, making it feel accessible and comfortable. The Sky Glass also comes in a range of colours and features customisable speaker fascias.
AXOR One – Taps, Showers and Accessories
by Barber Osgerby, for AXOR
Following the successful launch of the AXOR One shower control unit, designed by Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby for German design brand AXOR, the duo were brought back again to create a new collection of 30 products, including basin taps, bathtub mixers and a range of shower items.
Working alongside expert engineers in the Black Forest, Barber Osgerby developed this collection to align with AXOR One’s principles of precision, ecology and timeless design. Using a holistic design language, all of the products are unified by slender silhouettes, flat surfaces, soft corners and balanced proportions. These cohesive profiles allow users to easily mix and match elements of the collection to create a highly personalised bathroom. This is taken a step further through the provision of different available finishes for each product, including chrome, matt black or a choice of exclusive AXOR FinishPlus surfaces.
Beeline Velo 2
by Pentagram, for Beeline
To allow cyclists to enjoy their ride, rather than being distracted by directions, Beeline, a company which specialises in bicycle navigation products, released the Beeline Velo 2. Designed by Pentagram, this next generation device helps cyclists to easily find the best route to their destination.
With a subtle, circular profile, large screen, and an upside-down architecture in which the whole device functions as a four-way button with button actuators in the base, the Beeline Velo 2 is deceptively useful. Alongside recording speed, distance and time, it uses a machine-learning algorithm fuelled by road ratings from other cyclists to give optimised directions. Users can offer their own reviews of provided routes, feeding back into the system and helping it to improve over time. The Beeline Velo 2 also features screwless assembly, full waterproofing and a simple twist lock mounting system for easy attachment and removal.
The Dome
by Gozney
Home pizza ovens first arrived on the market in the early 2010s as small, compact and rigid products which were a far cry from traditional pizza ovens. Around this time, Gozney released the Roccbox, which was the first oven to break this trend, instead offering pro-performance and a desirable aesthetic. In 2021, Gozney returned once again, this time raising the bar even higher.
Its new oven, called The Dome, pushes the boundaries of live-fire engineering and design, making it more versatile, accessible and eye-catching. Reminiscent of classic Neapolitan pizza ovens, The Dome has a range of features which make it stand out from the crowd: a quick connect accessory port; rolling flame technology that creates fire just like the original pizza ovens; a 30mm stone floor and masses of insulation to give it great heat retention; a built-in digital thermometer; and a stone puck system, which allows users to switch between gas and wood burner systems. Upon release, The Dome sold out around the world in just 8 hours.

Fold
by Blond LTD
Created by Blond LTD, Fold is a wireless charging solution that provides an answer to the modern-day dilemma of having too many devices to charge and a lack of genuinely portable multi-chargers available on the market.
Fold allows for the charging of three products simultaneously and can fold, hence the name, into several configurations, including a phone stand and a compact, portable-friendly stack. Featuring a transparent casing, the appearance of Fold is not just an aesthetic decision – it aims to showcase the inner workings of the device in the hope of encouraging users to repair it rather than throw it away should it break. This investment in sustainability is also apparent in the build of the device, which, instead of sandwiching materials between layers of glue so they can’t be fixed, utilises a soft silicone mat, clamped between the plastic housings to allow easy disassembly and, ultimately, repair and maintenance.
