The creative industries have long recognised a need to be more inclusive, and in recent years have made a concerted effort to welcome new voices and more diversity into their ranks. Yet this is an ongoing challenge. In this report, we shine a light on some under-acknowledged gaps in the industry and examine what would help to close these. From class to age, regional gaps to skills gaps, there is plenty of advice here for how businesses and brands can create more progressive and productive working environments.
