SOFTWARE ENGINEERS
Systems Engineers
Systems Engineers research, design, implement, and support multiple technologies in a high-availability production environment. These engineers interact with clients, internal departments, and external vendors to evaluate, test, and deploy technology solutions. We look for Systems Engineers with strong communication skills and a working knowledge of client service techniques. Bonus points for experience with application design using SQL and NoSQL, client-side web development, and proficiency with multiple core operations systems.
Systems Engineers
Software Engineers ensure that FactSet’s products and technologies are responsive to the changing needs of the investment community. A Software Engineer is typically responsible for all phases of development—from design through implementation. We look for candidates with a computer science or related degree, strong programming skills, and at least one year of experience in C++ or another OOP language. It’s great if you also have experience with application development, web technologies, database design, and scripting languages
