View templates
Draw directly on a piece of content in MarkUp using the pen tool.
This handy feature allows you to draw freehand shapes, lines, or highlight specific areas right on your design. It's perfect for when a simple comment isn't enough.
Click on an area of your content while in "Comment" mode. Type in a comment, click the pen icon in the toolbar then click the pencil or highlighter to make a line, a shape or shade something in.

Keeping brand consistency while enabling creativity can be a challenge. But with Ceros Studio's lock down components and template creation features, it's a breeze. Start by opening an experience in Studio. In the layers panel, activate the lock on design elements that are crucial to your brand's look and feel – these are the parts you don't want anyone to tweak.
Once you've secured your brand elements, it's time to turn this experience into a reusable template. Navigate to Ceros Admin, locate your experience, click the 3 dots icon, select manage, and then create a template.

Signing off on a MarkUp communicates to the other collaborators that you’ve completed your part of the review. Sign offs can be completed from within a MarkUp:

Speed up your work process and easily maintain brand consistency with the new Asset Library feature. Save any asset from your projects - carousels, buttons, menus, full-page structures, images, videos, logos, branding elements, (really anything) - for future use.
Simply right-click on an asset and select 'Save to Asset Library'. These saved assets, accessible to all account users, can be easily added to any project. Start building your Asset Library now!

New to MarkUp? Here's a couple ways to get started:
(1) Open an experience in Studio, click the 4-square icon in the upper right hand corner, click 'Comment'.
(2) Go to app.markup.io and login or sign up with your work email address. Paste in the URL of a web page or upload a PDF, image, design or video file.
In your MarkUp, click the Share button in the upper right hand corner, enter in your co-workers emails or copy the shareable link and send it to them in a message or email.

Click the blue arrow button next to where it says “let the team know you finished reviewing”
Add a message in the provided field (optional), then click Finish to complete the sign off
Once a sign off has been submitted, your team can see how many sign offs the MarkUp has received within the MarkUp’s tile in the admin dashboard next to the comment count.
