The Cigna Dental customer engagement program is designed to deliver personalized, relevant and timely information that can help customers make the most of their plan benefits.
Run throughout the year, targeted email campaigns remind customers about important preventive dental care, promote the value of using network dentists for care, and help educate on dental services like periodontal care and orthodontia.
Through the Dental Customer Engagement program, we can reach more than 3 million dental subscribers each year to drive greater affordability, an improved customer experience and better whole health outcomes.

Sue recently went to an out-of-network dentist for care. Because she did not use a Cigna network dentist, she paid more for the services. Sue receives an email that educates her on the value of using network dentists and directs her to the search tools on myCigna to find a provider near her.
