We are proud to announce that Citywire will be in Athens on Tuesday 25 October to bring a group of leading fund selectors together for our very first Citywire event in Greece.
Like so much of the financial world, the business of investment selection is changing faster than any of us can remember. Fund managers and fund selectors alike are having to re-engineer the way they manage their working time, while looking to keep that precious face-to-face meeting element. With all this in mind, we’ve created a sharp, new format that makes the very best use of everyone’s time. For the first time, Citywire is bringing together the institutional due diligence community for a full day event at the Delamar Greenwich Harbor in Connecticut on October 3-4th.
We will be inviting the sub-advisory selection teams at asset management and insurance firms, consultants, OCIOs, and private banks around the country.
This event will have a full day of fund manager meetings, panel discussions, and ample time to network with the institutional research community.
Over the course of the day on October 4th, there will be 10 fund managers presenting on a range of asset classes. All research analysts who register will have the opportunity to meet and grill these fund managers in their 40-minute due diligence workshops with their peers.
There will also be a panel discussion with the brightest minds in sub-advisory selection. Chris Vella, Chief Investment Officer, Multi-Manager Investments at Northern Trust, Brian Ahrens, Executive Director of the Strategic Investment Research Group at PGIM, and Wale Adedokun, Head of Manager Research at MassMutual will share their unique process and how managers make the cut on their respective platforms.
As always, the event is free to attend with travel and onsite accommodation for the night of October 3rd covered by Citywire.
