The economic impact of our projects is measured by the collective impact all of our awarded consultants and trade partners make on the communities where we build together. We hold ourselves collectively accountable for building a more resilient owner and talent based by increasing the financial capacity in our supply chain, the number of youth entering our industry, the psychological safety of individuals work on our jobsite and the retention rate of apprentices.
