Clayco NOW
Our mission is to increase female leadership in the design, construction and real estate development industry. We connect, enable, and engage with women and communities across all areas of the industry to develop, impact and transform the culture from the inside out by investing in women.
In the Community
Yesterday our Clayco offices across the country held WIC Week Kick Offs to celebrate women in construction and to share the initiatives for the week. From moderated panels to jobsite tours to networking events, Clayco is offering women in our offices and communities opportunities to connect and share their experience in the industry.
2023 WIC Week kickoff
Clayco's Network of Women (NOW) group hosted jobsite tours for all our offices nationwide. It was a great opportunity for the women in our offices and on our jobsites to come together and share in what they are all helping to build.
2023 Jobsite Tour
Clayco Network of Women (NOW) and Construction Forum's Emerging Leaders Group hosted a networking event last night in honor of Women in Construction (WIC) Week. It was a great opportunity for women in the industry from all over the St. Louis region to come together to share ideas and discuss the initiatives for the future.

Women in Construction WEek 2023
At Clayco, our culture is focused on building more than structures. We believe in building communities. One of the communities we are excited to support and help grow is the community of women within our industry. From providing equal opportunity for all, to providing opportunities and mentorship for women-owned businesses, we are always excited to see our field become more diverse and inclusive.
Our team has shared some advice and insight into their roles from across our industry.
Learn More
Clayco's Network of Women (NOW) group hosted our Third Annual Bring a Girl to Clayco Day. The daughters, granddaughters, nieces and cousins of our Clayco team were invited to learn and explore career opportunities in construction. They toured our offices and received interactive presentations from women across all of our Clayco departments and companies. It is our hope that these girls will be inspired to see women succeeding in a traditionally male-dominated field.
