We are all about driving real, meaningful change from the ground up. Developing equitable opportunities, building relationships and insisting on accountability are what makes this program so successful. This includes participating in workforce development initiatives, having a fair, merit-based bid solicitation process, offering minority youth mentorships, utilizing our charitable foundation, promoting community engagement and so much more.
Led by our mantra, “Beyond These Walls,” Clayco has aligned our internal inclusion initiatives with the various government and community organizations nationwide to gain their support in removing any barriers to achieving the goals we have for our industry, i.e., making impactful improvements in the talent employed in the design and construction industry and in design and construction firms locally and nationwide. For example, increasing inclusion in our trade community is one of Clayco’s core tenets.
