AECOM Hunt, Clayco, and C. Rallo are committed to fostering diversity on the Lambert Airport project. Leveraging a database of over 300 diverse Missouri firms, with 50% engaged through our Clayco Connects initiative, we create equitable opportunities through workforce development, inclusive bidding, youth mentorships, and community engagement.
We help diverse firms succeed by offering prequalification assistance, financial mentorship, safety guidance, and more. In St. Louis, these efforts are further amplified by partnerships with local organizations, including workforce development programs like SLATE Missouri Job Center and initiatives supporting minority-owned businesses, such as those championed by STL Economic Development Partnership. These are proven outreach programs that have demonstrably helped strengthen and grow the small and minority business community right here in St. Louis.
