Their mission is to enhance and improve the life of socially and economically deprived youth by providing education, athletics, mentoring and social engagement in a safe and positive environment. Services includes trauma awareness, mentoring, and athletic workshops programs. This is completely free for attendees.

The mission of Virtu Community Enhancement (St. Louis) is to help at risk youth by teaching them skills in the construction trade industry using actual projects. We seek to give youth the opportunity to learn valuable vocational, educational, job and life-building skills. We understand the need to help youth create a path toward a successful future, while also closing the gap of the lack of skilled workers in the industry.

The mission of Black Men Read is to teach literacy and provide educational resources to help build up confidence and empower adults to enter into back into the workforce. This program has been successful in helping adults gain the ability to understand job related materials, which leads to more effective communication, higher self-esteem, and the ability to complete greater tasks.

Honoring the legacy of the Tuskegee Airman, Tuskegee NEXT seeks to transform the lives of at risk youth through aviation education and career path opportunities, so they can transform their communities. Tuskegee NEXT seeks to provide role models and a clear path toward aviation careers through Flight Training, Life Skills, and Educational Assistance.

Black Girls Build
Empowering all women and girls by providing exposure and opportunity to the construction industry through hands-on DIY experiences. They recruit their students right out of the local school districts in the St. Louis & Illinois area. Teaching them safety first in their carpentry basics workshops. In this workshop women learn all the necessary PPE and proper use of tools needed for the different scopes of carpentry.
