Inclusive Project Delivery Process
The Clayco approach is to make the bid packages simple to maximize the number of qualified bidders. This may involve national, regional, and local bidders for the appropriate packages, but emphasis will first be on local subcontractors. As the packages are set up, WBE and MBE strategies will be input to open opportunities for these subcontractors. The bid packages will include all LEED and LEAN requirements. LINK TO CLAYCO >
