Clayco strengthens the communities where we work by investing in local organizations, uplifting residents, and supporting long-term, place-based impact. This pillar reflects our commitment to empowering people and building trust beyond the jobsite.
We expand access for diverse and emerging firms through mentorship, partnership opportunities, and equal opportunity pathways into our projects. This supports Clayco Rising’s dedication to empowering partners and creating shared economic growth.
Clayco equips individuals with the skills, training, and resources needed to enter and advance in construction and related industries. This pillar reinforces our mission to empower people by expanding career pathways and eliminating barriers to advancement.
We introduce young people to careers in design, engineering, construction, and innovation through immersive learning and mentorship. This pillar helps empower the next generation and inspire future leaders.
Community Engagement
Thank you to everyone who came out this September to make our Kids Dig event a huge success! Families, construction crews, and community members enjoyed a day filled with big smiles and bigger machines, all to support Lurie Children's! We also exceeded our goal and raised over $235,000 to benefit pediatric medical research.
Community Engagement
Clayco and LJC teams from our Culver City office proudly joined Habitat for Humanity in Altadena for a volunteer day supporting wildfire recovery efforts. We partnered with Habitat staff and local community members to prepare the site by clearing debris, organizing materials, and assisting builders with various tasks to help lighten their workload.

Revolution Workshop recently celebrated the reopening of its newly renovated headquarters in East Garfield Park. The facility reopening marks a major milestone in its mission to provide high-quality construction training as it doubles the training capacity and deepens its impact in neighborhoods that need it most.

Clayco Connects events were held throughout the year to continue to build our database of prequalified firms. In small group sessions and one-on-one coaching sessions we expose firms to our high demand scopes of work and the geographic markets where we are building.
Small businesses throughout Georgia and nearby states attended an informational session on the new Rivian production facility. In partnership with Rivian and our local small business assist agencies we are helping firms develop their individual relationship and capacity building plans to collectively maximize our economic impact on Social Circle and the surrounding counties.
