Field Focus is an innovative jobsite mentoring program for minorities and women aspiring to be leaders in their respective trades. We team these individuals with Clayco field leadership to remove barriers that exist when relationships are underdeveloped/non-existent.

Clayco Cares prioritizes the well-being of our enterprise employees and trade partners through a supportive and inclusive workplace. We promote positive mental health practices within the construction industry by
providing resources, education, and compassionate support; breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health.

This is a relationship-building initiative bringing together corporate leadership with and minority construction firms to engage in long-term knowledge transfer and strategic partnerships through regularly scheduled meetings. This initiative includes a robust training curriculum via Clayco’s employee learning management system to offer mentoring and virtual learning.
