Clayco Cares prioritizes the well-being of our enterprise employees and trade partners through a supportive and inclusive workplace. We promote positive mental health practices within the construction industry by
providing resources, education, and compassionate support; breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health.

This is a relationship-building initiative bringing together corporate leadership with and Business Enterprise Certified Vendors and Suppliers (“BEC”) to engage in long-term knowledge transfer and strategic partnerships through regularly scheduled meetings. This initiative includes a robust training curriculum via Clayco’s employee learning management system to offer mentoring and virtual learning.
