We are committed to being Carbon Net Zero by 2030 (Scope 1 & 2) and by 2045 (Scope 3) are spearheading projects and initiatives that drive sustainability and reduce our environmental impact. Through our Sustainability Crew (employee resource group), we live and breathe these commitments every day, right down to our biodegradable toilet paper and, as we like to call it, ‘binfrastructure’.

We’re a charitable bunch, and it is our people who make our business both a Platform for Brands and a Platform for Good. This is why we offer two volunteering days to all colleagues per year and arrange volunteering opportunities to give back to the communities we live and work in.

There is something for everyone here to help grow your career and have some fun along the way, and if it doesn’t already exist, we love when our people try new things.
