Does your child have what it takes to be a part of the Cavaliers Baby Race presented by Jif? Be part of one of the most anticipated halftime contests of the season and your baby can compete in a crawling race from the free throw line to midcourt during halftime of the Cavs vs Celtics game on November 30th, 2025 at Rocket Arena. Tipoff time is set for 6:00pm so you can get your naps in before. The race will take place at approximately 7:00pm.
The winner of the 2025 Cleveland Cavaliers Baby Race presented by Jif will receive a year’s supply of diapers!
The Cavs Baby Race presented by Jif is for babies between 6-15 months, but cannot be walkers. No children over the age of two will be allowed to participate
Two escorts may accompany the baby to the game and will be permitted on court
Parents/Guardians may use objects (toys, keys, stuffed animals etc.) to encourage babies along the course.
Racecourse will extend from the foul line to half court, a distance of approximately 42 feet.
If at any point race participants become uncomfortable with the situation (crying, refusing to move, etc.), parents/guardians may remove their baby from the race.
For the baby to win, they must cross any part of their body across the finish line without parental assistance.
