Ticket exchanges and seat upgrades depend on game inventory and may require paying a price difference. Members may transfer or resell tickets only through the official Cavs marketplace. The interest-free payment plan requires timely monthly payments to maintain membership status. Discounts at the Team Shop and on concessions apply only to eligible items and locations within Rocket Arena. Ticket allocations for Cleveland Monsters and Cleveland Charge games, as well as suite and theater box rental credits, are limited to the current season and are non-transferable. Access to the SeatGeek Members Lounge and member-exclusive events may require reservations and are subject to capacity limits. Presale access for concerts does not guarantee ticket availability. No additional fees apply to Cavs ticket purchases made by active members. Each member is assigned a dedicated account specialist for support. Misuse, unauthorized resale, or violation of venue policies may result in suspension or loss of membership benefits.
