The Cavaliers Community Foundation invests in organizations that directly support the development and well-being of youth in Northeast Ohio. Since its inception in 1993 more than $25 million has been granted through the CCF to local non-profit organizations.

GRANT APPLICATION GUIDELINES
The Cavaliers Community Foundation is proud to support organizations that provide youth-enriching programs within Northeast Ohio. The Foundation gives priority consideration to proposals with a focus on supporting at-risk youth.
Please Note: Although Grant Inquiries are accepted on an on-going basis, to ensure that all qualified organizations have the opportunity to apply and be considered for funding from the Cavaliers Community Foundation, organizations are invited to submit an application biennially, once every other year.
Grants are not available for:
• Organizations with less than three (3) active years as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity
• Individuals
• Private Foundations
• Public, Private, or Charter Schools
• Religious Institutions
• Government Institutions
• Staff Salaries
• Capital Projects
- All applications will be reviewed by the Cavaliers Community Foundation Board for consideration.
- If an organization is awarded a grant, payment from the Cavaliers Community Foundation will be sent to the non-profit organization for the determined grant amount.

Since 1981, the Stark County Hunger Task Force has helped serve the hungry of our community. Our organization provides financial, logistical, strategic, and food assistance to a network of over 30 food pantries throughout Stark County. These resources assist our pantries in providing a three to five day supply of nutritious, free groceries to families struggling with food insecurity.

Chair-ity, Inc. is a nonprofit providing furniture and household goods to recipients who graduate from foster care, typically at the age of 18 and begin living on their own.
Chair-ity’s goal is to ease this transition for each recipient and give them a better start, improving their chances of success and breaking the foster care cycle.
