The Cleveland Cavaliers support thousands of charitable causes and events each year through the donation of merchandise and autographed items for auctions, door prizes, and raffles!
Requirements for an organization to be considered for a donation:
Please submit the donation request online by clicking the “Donation Request Form” button below.
The online donation request form must be filled out completely and submitted online at least SIX (6) WEEKS prior to the event date.
The organization must be located in the state of Ohio. We are unable to support out of state or international requests
PLEASE make sure that your mailing / shipping address is filled out completely and correctly. Errors may result in shipment delays or your donation not arriving in time for your event.
Organizations may only receive one donation (in-kind, appearance, OR group ticket) per calendar year.
Organizations must be a non-profit with a 501(c)(3), tax exempt status.
We thank you in advance for your patience as we work through the hundreds of submitted requests, by order of event date. Approved in-kind donation requests will be sent approximately 4 to 6 weeks prior to your event.
All approved in-kind donations will be supported with merchandise and/or an autographed item.
PLEASE NOTE that game tickets are NOT provided for auctions, raffles, door prizes, or other fundraising events.

CAVALIERS LEGENDS APPEARANCE REQUEST
Requirements for an organization to be considered for an appearance:
Each organization is eligible for one appearance per calendar year.
Organizations may only receive one donation (in-kind, appearance, OR group ticket) per calendar year.
Submitting a request does not guarantee an appearance. All requests will be reviewed, and you will receive a response in a timely manner.

Submit a request online by clicking the “Request Group Tickets” button below.
The request must be filled out completely. Organizations that do not fill out the form completely will not be considered.
Please note that we receive a limited quantity of tickets to donate each season, so your request may not be filled.
Organizations must be a non-profit with a 501©(3), tax exempt status.
Priority is given to nonprofit organizations that support underserved youth.
The organization must be located in the state of Ohio.
Organizations may only receive one donation (in-kind, appearance, OR group ticket) per calendar year.
