An in-demand motivational speaker and fierce advocate for financial literacy, in 2015, she partnered with the PwC Charitable Foundation and Time for Kids to launch Your $, an in-school magazine that reaches 2 million school children each month. A true champion of credit unions, Jean’s financial prowess has helped lead our THINK Conference as host and moderator and will join Co-op's Todd Clark in hosting this year’s inaugural CEO Summit.

Bruce Dragt

Dragt joined Co-op in November 2018 as Chief Product Officer. Dragt has specialized in growing technology-driven companies, both start-ups and large, established companies. In the two-plus years prior to joining Co-op, he served as Executive Vice President, Product, for YapStone, a provider of electronic payment systems that help online and mobile companies with their payment transactions. Before that, Dragt spent more than 13 years holding multiple senior-level roles with First Data Corporation, including SVP, Global eCommerce-Merchant Products. Additional payments and financial industry experience includes work with i2 Technologies, Financial Settlement Matrix and Wells Fargo.

Gigi serves as the Executive Director for the National Credit Union Foundation, the philanthropic and social responsibility leader of America's credit union movement. In her role, Gigi ignites and inspires credit union professionals to put consumer financial health and cooperative principles at the heart of their business strategy. Her career in credit unions spans 30 years as an advocate, attorney, federal regulator and now, philanthropist. She is a Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE) and a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC). Gigi serves as Chair of the America Saves® Credit Union Designation of Excellence Committee and on the board of the National Cooperative Bank.

Jim Nussle is the President and CEO of the Credit Union National Association (CUNA). Nussle has led CUNA, the largest and most influential national financial services trade association advocating on behalf of America's credit unions, since 2014. Nussle served in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1991-2007 as a Representative from the State of Iowa. From 2001-2006, he served as chairman of the House Budget Committee. In 2007, President George W. Bush nominated him as the 36th director of Office of Management and Budget. Nussle and his wife, Karen live in Virginia and have two adult children.

Ken Kocienda is a Product Architect for Humane and was previously a software engineer and designer at Apple for over fifteen years. Kocienda is a self-taught computer programmer and made his way through a succession of dot-com-era startups, before landing at Apple in 2001, where he worked on the software teams that created the original versions of the Safari web browser, iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. Ken holds over fifty patents for the innovative work he did at Apple, including several covering the development of touchscreen keyboard autocorrection for the first iPhone, work that led to his promotion to Principal Engineer of iPhone software. After leaving Apple in 2017, he wrote the Wall Street Journal bestselling book, Creative Selection: Inside Apple’s Design Process During the Golden Age of Steve Jobs.

Eswar Prasad

Cornell University Professor, Author of “The Future of Money”

Eswar Prasad is the Tolani Senior Professor of Trade Policy at Cornell University. He is also a Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution, where he holds the New Century Chair in International Economics, and a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research. He was previously chief of the Financial Studies Division in the International Monetary Fund's Research Department and, before that, was the head of the IMF's China Division. Prasad is the author of the book The Future of Money: How the Digital Revolution is Transforming Currencies and Finance (Harvard, 2021) which was named one of the best economics and business books of 2021 by The Economist.
