Our summer internship program is a paid opportunity to gain industry training and hands-on experience in the commercial real estate finance industry. Interns work alongside experienced professionals, expanding their knowledge through a variety of work assignments, as well as training presented by seasoned executives covering major aspects of our business.
Program Length: 8-10 weeks, early June to early August with some flexibility.
Compensation: Hourly at market rate. Any required work exceeding 40 hours/week is compensated at an overtime rate.
Hours: 30-40 hours/week during typical business hours.
Location: Multiple on-site locations may be available based on needs.

SUMMER INTERNSHIPS
We will be recruiting throughout Q1 and Q2 of 2024 for graduating seniors seeking employment post graduation. The following roles may be posted on an as needed basis:
Production Analyst - Working directly with a local production office in direct support of an Mortgage Banker or team of Mortgage Bankers.
Screening/Sizing Analyst - Working for a centralized team of analysts to conduct the initial screening and sizing of incoming loans submitted by Originators.
Underwriting Analyst - Working in support of underwriters and senior underwriters to conduct a full risk analysis of loans.
Asset Management Analyst - Working in support of Asset Managers and Senior Asset managers to provide oversight on loans that have been closed and are serviced by Colliers Mortgage.

Screening a deal/choosing the best lender.
Underwriting package review.
Appraisal review.

Rate lock and loan processing/closing.
Loan servicing and asset management.
Industry trade groups and designations.
