Tenants are constantly relocating their office space to better fit their needs. Using a points system based on signed square feet, we are able to track where office users are coming and going throughout the city.

The two largest leases of the quarter were renewals in the Dublin submarket, both over 30,000 SF. The largest new lease of the quarter was signed in Polaris for 19,656 SF.

Dublin continues to remain the hottest submarket in Central Ohio, with the most new leases, renewals and expansions signed in Q2.

60 percent of tenants that signed new leases in the market were in the Financial Services, Healthcare or Real Estate/Construciton industries.
