Dog Name: Marvin "Biscuits" Ficke 3 years old in May | French Bulldog Marvin is turning 3 in May and loves to chase squirrels in our backyard, likes to collect sticks, and enjoys a good game of fetch or tug-of-war. Marvin also loves peanut butter, belly-rubs, and playing with his twin ‘brothers’ James and Ethan (10 months).

Cat Names: Oliver (orange) & Kat (black/white) Oliver is 3 years old & Kat is 13+ years old | Oliver is a Maine Coon mix and Kat is an unknown mix. Oliver was named after the kitten in the Disney movie Oliver & Company. He may look small but he is currently over two feet long and 16+ pounds. Kat was born in a PVC pipe in the garage when we lived out in the country. When we made the trek to Dallas she became a spoiled indoor cat and hasn’t look back.

Dog Name: Hope 2 years old | Pointer Mix Hope is a two year old pointer mix, who in the very short time of being a part of our family (10 days) has brought us much needed love and hope during this time. Her favorite hobbies include eating shoes, following everyone around in the house and just being an all out awesome dog.

Dog Name: Bodie Caviler King Charles Spaniel Bodie has a great personality and loves everyone. He barks at every dog we walk past as though he’s really tough and mean, but he’s afraid of his own shadow! He does a fun twist & twirl dance on his hind legs when he’s about to get fed. Even at eight years old, he still loves playing with his squeaky toys. We couldn’t imagine our family without him!

Dog Names: Birdie (brown) & Tula (white) Birdie is 14 years old & Tula is 12 years old | Birdie is a Yorkie & Tula is a Wheaton Terrier Birdie's nicknames are ‘The Bird’ and ‘ 4 Pounds Of Fury’ (she's actually so outgoing and friendly so this nickname is especially funny to us). She is the smartest dog I’ve ever known. Tula'a full name is Tallulah Belle, but we’ve always just call her Tula. She has a million nicknames, but she is most often referred to as ‘Tula Bula’. She is beyond sweet. In the winter when she’s super fluffy she looks just like a teddy bear…and cuddles like one too.

Dog Name: Bella 5 years old | Rescue, Mixed We got Bella at the SPCA Dallas about 4 years ago. She didn’t take to me and I wasn’t sure about her but now we’re inseparable. My favorite thing about Bella is that she follows me everywhere hoping we’re going to go for a walk, skateboarding or a ride in the old pickup truck- which she loves. I literally trip over her all the time because she’s always there.
