95% of issued capital continues to be voted prior to meetings.
While the percentage of issued capital voted remains steady for companies in the ASX50, it dropped considerably across the ASX300 (5.8%).
While the number of shareholders voting remains steady, over the last 12 months digital (online) voting has jumped by almost 10%. In fact, since 2018, the proportion of votes submitted via digital (online) channels has risen by 22% overall.
