The City of Memphis and Conduent Transportation implemented a new Speed Safety Program using Conduent DriveSafe™ Enforcement System technology to encourage motorists to slow down in school zones where traffic data and citizen complaints show that speeding is a problem.

Conduent DriveSafe™ Enforcement System provides enforcement for red light, speed, block the box, illegal turn, restricted lane and license plate recognition. The system is powered by CiteWeb which provides a full turnkey violation management program.

Scott Doering leads Conduent Transportation’s tolling operations and is shaping its vision for the future, as the business pivots its offerings toward emerging needs such as congestion management and road usage charging. Bringing more than 20 years of tolling experience and valuable insights to our team, he shares our excitement for partnering with agencies to shape the future of tolling while continually elevating our ongoing operations and expanding our business. Scott joins the company from Cubic Transportation Systems, where he was business director for Road User Charging, driving global business development and implementation for toll programs. Previously, he was a regional vice president and managing director at TransCore and a tolling general manager at Telvent, which became part of Kapsch TrafficCom. He holds bachelor’s degrees in computer science and mathematics from the University of San Diego.
