On March 13th 2020 the first case of COVID-19 was detected in Guatemala.

Customer Experience
Our organization quickly enabled the Business Continuity Plan to comply with the lockdowns imposed.
Transportation was provided to the employees that required to go to the premises.
Our facilities were promptly accommodated according the Government Safety and Sanitary Regulations.
Printed communication and visual aids with prevention protocols were distributed among the premises.
Implemented temperature readings and health questions at every entry
Created daily “Passport” so employees could safely move about facilities
Government lacked clear directives and protections for BPO sector companies and workers
A series of restrictions were imposed in the country including: school suspensions, reduction at business occupation and restrictions in capacity at the workplaces.
In less than two weeks we had 100% of our employees from two of our premises working successfully from home.
Just 5 days after the case was announced 40% of the employees were working successfully from their homes.
The day after the first case was detected we started enabling our employees to a WFH model.
Protocols were enabled during the weekend to ensure our facilities were in compliance with regulations.

Implemented safety measures onsite: mandated masks, social distancing markers and protocols, checkered seating arrangements, wash/sanitization stations in all common areas, and cleaning solutions at employee workstations

Our organization quickly enabled the Business Continuity Plan to comply with the lockdowns imposed.
Our facilities were promptly accommodated according the Government Safety and Sanitary Regulations.
Transportation was provided to the employees that required to go to the premises.
Printed communication and visual aids with prevention protocols were distributed among the premises.
On March 13th 2020 the first case of COVID-19 was detected in Guatemala
A series of restrictions were imposed in the country including: school suspensions, reduction at business occupation and restrictions in capacity at the workplaces.associates to a work-at-home model
Requirement to quickly move a large percentage of associates to a work-at-home model
Requirement to ensure the safety of associates who would continue to report to brick and mortar sites
Government lacked clear directives and protections for BPO sector companies and workers
Response
Protocols were enabled during the weekend to ensure our facilities were in compliance with regulations.
The day after the first case was detected we started enabling our employees to a WFH model.
Just 5 days after the case was announced 40% of the employees were working successfully from their homes.
In less than two weeks we had 100% of our employees from two of our premises working successfully from home.
