Randall earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics at North Carolina State University and completed the Operations Leadership Program at the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business. He is also a certified Lean/Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
Randall is an industry leader known for delivering business results, defining strategic solutions, and building strong partnerships. In his 30-year career, he has led large operations including contact centers, banking centers, and risk operations. Before joining Conduent, Randall served as Chief Operating Officer for Bank of America’s Consumer and Wealth Management Operations and Global Business Services organizations. He has led key functions including operational excellence, risk management, process engineering and operational resilience.
Randall has responsibility for our commercial solutions portfolio, including Customer Experience Management, Business Operations Solutions, Human Capital Solutions and Healthcare Claims and Administration Solutions. These are high-volume value-added services focused on helping our clients drive their operations forward with speed, quality and efficiency while improving the end user experience. In this role, he drives strategic transformation, stronger client relationships, and service excellence. He works in close collaboration with business and technology leaders to bring innovative solutions to our clients, while delivering an integrated and seamless experience to their customers.

Randall King
As a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Mark is a steward for quality and continuous improvement in the marketplace. He is an active supporter and former board member of the Ability Experience, a charity dedicated to building leaders of tomorrow by serving people with disabilities today. Mark earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics at University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Mark brings extensive experience in the payments and fraud domains in the financial technology industry. At Fiserv, he led the Output Solutions business and was responsible for all aspects of the business, including product and account management, technology, operations, and financial performance. Mark’s prior experience includes senior financial services leadership positions in online/mobile banking, enterprise technology, fraud prevention, risk management and card and deposit operations.
In addition, he leads our extensive portfolio of government healthcare solutions for state-administered Medicaid programs to reduce costs, streamline operations, increase program participation, and improve compliance.
Mark has end-to-end responsibility over our portfolio of government solutions helping agencies across the U.S. transform their operations, better serve constituents, and create more satisfying outcomes for people and communities served. Across our payments, child support, eligibility and enrollment, and federal and state services, Mark drives operational efficiencies, helping our clients deliver best-in-class end user experiences that meet government missions while lowering costs.

Lou obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Prior to Conduent, Lou was at York Risk Services, where he was Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer. At York, he led successful transformation from multiple, decentralized, product specialty teams into a single, customer focused sales and client management organization. During his leadership, York implemented new sales tools, processes, and methodologies, leading to two consecutive years of record sales performance. Before York, he was Senior Vice President, Enterprise Accounts, at Fiserv Inc. He has also held senior sales and general management roles at Electronic Data Systems Corporation working closely with public sector and commercial clients.
Lou is an innovator and catalyst for driving client satisfaction, transformation, and revenue growth, with an extensive background with Fortune 500 firms in professional services, outsourcing, business process solutions, and enterprise software across multiple industries. He has more than two decades of experience building and leading successful sales and client service teams to help clients solve complex business objectives while seeing significant increases in both client retention and revenue growth.
Lou has global end-to-end responsibility over our portfolio of Transportation solutions including Public Safety, Road Usage Charging, Curbside Management, and Transit, helping agencies across the globe transform their mobility and payment solutions to streamline operations, increase revenue, and reduce congestion while creating safer communities and seamless travel experiences for consumers.

Lou Keyes
As a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, Giles has focused on accuracy and accountability around internal planning and external communications for financial management throughout his career. Giles is a graduate of Kingston University where he studied business and finance.
Giles is an accomplished global finance and operations executive with 20+ years of experience driving business strategy, productivity and profitable growth. Prior to joining Conduent, he worked at General Electric for 12 years, followed by seven years at Travelers, a well-known international insurance company. During this time, Giles developed a proven track record of building and leading high caliber finance and operations teams to execute strategic initiatives that drive positive business results.
Giles Goodburn joined Conduent in early 2020 as the Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Finance. In this role, Giles operates as one of Conduent’s primary liaisons to the investor community, while also serving as a key advisor to Conduent’s senior management team and board of directors. In addition to maintaining relationships with industry analysts, equity and debt investors world-wide, Giles also supports Conduent’s finance teams as part of a comprehensive investor relations program that includes providing up-to-date insights about the company’s financial activities, proxy process, and stock share administration.

Steve is a Chartered Global Management Accountant with an MBA with distinction from Warwick Business School.
In addition to his current role at Conduent, Steve served as Corporate Controller since August 2020 and was then designated as Principal Accounting Officer in December 2020. Prior to Conduent, he spent 15 years at Fiserv Inc. in finance and accounting leadership positions including Chief Financial Officer of Fiserv Output Solutions, Controller of multiple different operating groups and led International Finance and Accounting operations.
He’s a proven finance executive with a track record of driving value in business transformation and acquisition integration programs in complex multi-national organizations, as well as outstanding leadership of large teams through change.
Steve has global responsibility for all finance, treasury, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, tax and audit at Conduent.

Cliff holds a Master in Public Administration (MPA) degree from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Southern California.
During his tenure at companies such as Ally Financial (formerly General Motors Acceptance Corporation) and Bank of America, he held several strategic roles, such as Global Head of Technology and Operations, Transition Executive, and other positions as part of both companies’ Management Operating Committees. Cliff formerly served for over 20 years as a naval officer and fighter pilot. He commanded a Navy F/A-18 squadron, flew as a pilot with the United States Navy Flight Demonstration Squadron (The Blue Angels), and served in the Class of 1997-98 White House Fellows program.
Cliff has significant experience in large-scale operations and enterprise transformations, as well as deep knowledge of technology. He joined Conduent from Fiserv Corporation, where he most recently served as President of Fiserv Output Solutions, providing services for companies across multiple industries and driving both top-line and bottom-line growth. Prior to that, he was the Group President and Chief Information Officer at Fiserv, where he drove a large-scale transformation of the company’s technology services, including the integration of multiple disparate technology systems and data centers aimed at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of its technology platforms.
As Conduent’s President, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and a Member of the Board, Cliff Skelton is focused on leading Conduent to growth and long-term success. Cliff is driving Conduent’s strategy to deliver technology-led mission-critical services and solutions to global businesses and governments, creating exceptional outcomes for them and the millions of people they serve.

Kathy Mertes
Most recently, Kathy has led key strategic teams at BNY Mellon Treasury Services. Kathy has spoken at various key industry events and provides leadership as a member of The Clearing House (TCH) Corporate Advisory Group.
Kathy Mertes joined Conduent in early 2022 as Global Head of Conduent’s Digital Payments strategy and solution. In keeping with Conduent’s corporate strategy, she is shaping the transformational role that payments can bring to Conduent’s enterprise suite of solutions by removing payment friction in a comprehensive, innovative fashion. In her nearly 30 years in the industry, Kathy has coupled her banking expertise with client needs in a wide range of industries from government, corporate, healthcare and beyond –– spanning credit card fraud prevention, innovating consumer payments at a top national university, leading product and operational responsibilities for money markets and asset management accounts at a brokerage firm.
