It’s only fitting that Allen, the newest luxury rental building to rise from Westchester County’s fastest-growing skyline, is poised to redefine elevated living in the Queen City of the Sound. Allen is a benchmark of a city’s next chapter, a modern landmark shaped by architecture, sustainability, and a genuine sense of place. Developed by LCOR, the striking tower was envisioned by Studio V Architecture, whose design reinterprets New Rochelle’s historic forms — arched windows, curved facades — through a contemporary lens. The building’s base is clad in slate Roman brick, a nod to the city’s past, while its upper floors rise in a sculptural harmony of glass and metal. The resulting structure is equal parts grounded and forward-looking, a fitting gateway to the city’s rising downtown.
