What can attendees expect to gain from BeCorcoran?

What is the conference attire?
Dress code for daytime is business casual. Dress code for evening events is jeans casual. Since temperatures in the meeting rooms can vary, it is recommended that attendees bring a jacket or sweater as well.
Hotel & Travel QUESTIONS
What are the recommended arrival and departure dates?
It is recommended that participants arrive Monday, April 7 in time for an afternoon opening general session and stay through Wednesday, April 9 departing around noon. We have included Sunday, April 6 in our discounted room block in case you prefer to arrive the night before the conference begins.
How do I book my room?
Please refer to the Venue page for information on booking within the hotel room block.
May I extend my trip outside of the conference dates?
Yes, a limited number of shoulder dates are available through our room block at the conference rate. Shoulder night room block rates are subject to availability and on a first come first served basis.
What time is check in and check out? Can I request a a late check out?
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Upon request and when possible, the hotel will try to accommodate early check-in and late check-out as best as available.
Are guests allowed to attend?
You are welcome to bring a guest! The cost to register is $895. This guest cost includes the two evening receptions only and does not include airfare, transportation, or hotel accommodations. Due to the availability of alcohol at evening events, all guests must be 21 or older.
What is the registration cancellation policy?
This event is non-refundable. Once you purchase your Registration package, The Corcoran Group does not offer an option to refund your charges. You understand and agree that the Brand's performance in connection with the Event is subject to acts of God, war, government regulation, terrorism, disaster, disease (including but not limited to the coronavirus pandemic), civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or any other situation beyond the parties' control making it illegal, impossible or inadvisable to provide the services (a "Force Majeure event"). If the Event is cancelled due to a Force Majeure event we will refund your conference registration. Any expenses other than conference registration incurred by you are your responsibility. If you do need to cancel, please remember that cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your own hotel and travel arrangements. You are responsible for cancelling your own hotel and travel reservations.
What is the cost to attend?
The cost to attend the conference is $1,795 per person for all agents and brokers and $895 for guests. Registration includes access to the entire event, and the following meals - dinner on Monday, April 7; breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Tuesday, April 8; breakfast on Wednesday, April 9. Registration does not include airfare, transportation, or hotel accommodations.
