What’s an essential item in your pocket? I randomly carry organic sage room spray with me. Sometimes you need to clear the vibe at a listing — it hasn't failed me yet! I also carry cologne everywhere. I think scents are important, whether you're presenting yourself or the real estate.
What’s one daily ritual you can’t go without? I always need to be active, so whether that's a run, hitting the gym, doing pilates, playing tennis, or a walk around town, I'll always be doing something.
I try to be a resource clients can rely on long after the deal is done, whether that’s sharing insights on the market or turning them on to local businesses. Outside of work, you'll find me supporting the local gems — having Italian food with friends at Novita, an espresso at L'Express, getting my tennis rackets restrung at Paragon Sports, checking out books at Rizzoli, sitting out at Madison Square Park, or hitting the Union Square Greenmarket.

What defines community here? The vibrant energy of neighbors, workers, and visitors connecting in Madison Square Park. It's about knowing your go-to baristas, tailors, mail people, and shop owners by name; and celebrating and preserving the iconic cast-iron architecture and Gilded Age history, from Ladies' Mile's grand facades to the Flatiron Building.

I’m known to hit Counter Service for a sandwich and eat it at the park with some fruit while getting some sun.

The history — the prewar lofts, the early skyscrapers, the Beaux-Arts buildings, not to mention the easy transportation.
This whole area has a unique live-work-play vibe, with world-class dining, retail buzz, residential warmth, tech offices, luxury residences, small shops, and public plazas that keep it buzzy but familiar, setting it apart from Manhattan's quieter enclaves or chaotic tourist zones. From the shopping and dining on Broadway to the spas, there’s an overall culture rooted in work, wellness, and dining.

What’s on the agenda? I’m wrapping up some showings, grabbing my last coffee of the day over a late lunch, and heading to the gym. This week, I want to get a couple of contracts signed, work on our team's social media pages, and try a new spa in the neighborhood.
