The Residences at Lighthouse Point

Corcoran New Development has kicked off leasing for The Residences at Lighthouse Point, a new 15-story waterfront rental tower located beside the Staten Island Ferry — a direct line to the Financial District and Lower Manhattan. Expertly designed by Carry Cooper Architects, this exciting project was developed by Triangle Equities in partnership with Lubert-Adler, New York State and Empire State Development, and the New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYEDC). Corcoran New Development has been named the property’s exclusive marketing and leasing agent.
