PAID NET-WEIGHTED FIRST-YEAR PREMIUM INCLUDED IN CALCULATION

UL/IUL/GUL up to and including Target: 100%
UL/IUL/GUL Excess of Target: 10%
* Paid Net-Weighted First-Year Life Premium equals American General Life Insurance Company (AGL) annualized target first-year premium plus 10% of excess premium paid during the first year in excess of target. To be counted toward qualification, the policy must have initial premium applied to put the policy in force.

Production credit based on Paid Net-Weighted First-Year Life Premium from January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025
Policies written on the agent’s own life or the lives of family members shall be excluded.
MGAs cannot qualify as producers.
At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to exclude Leaders Conference qualification for agents and MGAs with unsatisfactory placement rate and/or persistency.

Only agents actively contracted and appointed by and in good standing with AGL at the time of the trip are eligible to participate.
Registration will be available only to those who qualify and are invited by the Company to attend. Attendance at the Business and Recognition sessions is mandatory for all qualifiers. Guests of qualifiers will not be permitted to register on site unless accompanied by the qualifier.
Qualifier will be responsible for taxes on guest travel.

2025 Life Brokerage Roundtable
Eligible participants
Eligibility is restricted to agencies contracted at the Brokerage General Agency (BGA) and National Marketing Organization (NMO) levels. Invitations are for agency principals only and may not be transferred to other individuals. Principal is defined as having ownership in the agency. Only one principal per agency will be invited as outlined below. Each qualifier may bring one guest.
Life BGA qualifications
Rank in the top 35 BGAs and achieve greater than $300,000 of eligible premium during the qualification period
BGA must maintain a minimum placement rate of 50% based on the 12-month production period
Placement rate is found and defined in the monthly Individual Scorecard Report
BGA must meet the minimum qualification of 10 paid applications during the qualification period
BGA is defined as a Level 7 BGA. Other levels are ineligible for qualification.
NMO qualifications
