Viewpoints from Crowe
"As we reach the third anniversary of the pandemic, it is clear that the resulting upheaval in society has disproportionately impacted women. Never has it been more important for businesses to focus on creating an environment that supports equity and inclusion, and one that continuously examines systemic barriers and unconscious biases. Women have made progress over the last few generations, but those advancements have been unacceptably slow. The events of 2020 and beyond have thrown into harsh focus the question of why things have not changed in a more material way for yet another generation of women and girls. Leaders who are prepared to ask tough questions, effect meaningful change and demand that their entire organization focuses on breaking down barriers will be the true visionaries of the post-pandemic period."
