“I joined Crowe as a manager full time in 2007 to gain greater exposure to more complex and interesting clients. This gave me more experience and after developing the private client business in Manchester I was promoted to partner in 2014 and now lead the National Private Client team. I am a passionate about supporting women in business and an advocate of developing talent at all levels. I want to encourage our people to be the best they can be without gender or background being an obstacle. I work with our leadership team to identify our future leaders and make sure they have a strong support network to achieve their own success.”

I joined Crowe as a trainee in 1989, qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1992 and became a partner in 2017. I have worked with a wide range of clients over my career but for the last 20 years specialising in the Non Profits sector. I have really enjoyed building lasting relationships with colleagues and clients over the years and feel privileged to have worked with many of them.
I would say that my greatest achievement is that I have successfully managed to balance family life with having a rewarding career.

"As Chief Innovation Officer it is my role to ensure that we are selecting and utilising the most appropriate technology across the firm but also to drive Crowe forward in our digital approach, both internally and with clients. My background is audit but I have spent the last 15 years building departments, developing software support and specification creation, as well as implementation of software and change management. My pride in the Innovation and Technology team is their ability to translate between business problems we are trying to solve, appropriate solutions, revisiting process, and most importantly development of our people."

“I spent seven years working for a mid-tier firm of accountants before joining Crowe and was impressed that they welcomed people from all backgrounds and mindsets. My responsibilities have grown and specialised over the years and now I am fortunate to work with a small number of key clients with whom I have developed great relationships.
I enjoy Crowe’s whole ethos. The approach and values and shared philosophy of client service and people experience runs throughout the firm. It is more than just a job for me, it’s about relationship building.”

"I joined Crowe in 2004 as a Marketing Manager and my current role is to lead our people and employer marketing. I have seen a lot of change during my time at Crowe but what has not changed is our culture - the friendliness and approachability of our people and the collaborative way in which we work across our teams.
Introducing fresh ideas is encouraged which is motivating and creates a great working environment."
